Update ci #127

A partial update of ci templates from the shipdriver upstream.

Update flatpak to use 20.08 runtime while building 18.08 compatibility packages on amd64.
Drop the outdated trusty amd64 builds, already a pile of special hacks, too much work to keep alive.
Drop the macos cache. Known shipdriver issue, worked around by dropping cache for now.
