Oesenc_pi crashes OpenCPN on RPi with 64-bit bullseye #129

Tested on a 8GB RPi 4 and a RPi 3b. After making a tarball and importing it in OpenCPN, I can create an usb-key for O-Charts, but when I try to log in and download charts OpenCPN crashes.
