This looks like a big one, but it's just three commits on top of current ci branch. It changes the flatpak build to use the tip of the ci branch, assuming patches are already required.

I need more time to test, but I'm confident that this is in a better shape than today.'In particular, todaý's flatpak code does not locate oeserverd.
