The following changes have been made:

Update DB schema in preparation to support other trackers
Add Flask-Migrate / Alembic for handling automatic DB upgrades
Fix bug where foreign key constraints were not respected
Fix #142
Remove duplicate entries created by above bug
Automatically shrink the database on startup
