I think this was fixed in the most recent version https://github.com/bdecentgmbh/moodle-mod_videotime/commit/5183936d6c250d863615c6ee48d8e72c42bb5c90#diff-b593af444001de0d82719e04ac57786d2262db4e6a21922f558c4219734fefea. It may need to be backported to 1.7 though.
