Hi @will-bulluck,
sorry for the late reply, I was on annual leave and the team only monitored the support channel, not github.
According to #49, you wrote that you did already have the right plugin, but here, you wrote that you switched to the correct plugin. To avoid misunderstandings, can you please let me know which plugin versions you have installed?
Please note that it is important that all installed components of Video Time have the same version, i.e. both the module and the pro sub plugin have to match. If you have downloaded Video Time Pro from bdecent.de, that should already be the case because we offer one installation file there which already includes all required sub plugins, but since it's the most common cause of issues, I would still like to rule that out.
For Totara, you need mod_videotime in version 2022091404 and mod_videotime_pro in version 2022042600. (we had some bug fixes after the initial release, which is why the module has a higher version number).
Also, please let me know which Totara version they are using and what the error message is displayed — based on this issue's title I assume that a javascript error prevents the video player is loading (which is usually happening because of the wrong version of Video Time is installed or at least one of its components having a non-matching version).
If you don't want to share this information publicly, feel free to contact me in private via support@bdecent.de or schedule a quick 15min meeting via https://bdecent.de/support/
Thanks Stefan

No worries, Thanks for this infir I am looking into the error now.
@stefanscholz
Just an update for you, this is now working for us. Thanks for your help and guidance in troubleshooting.
Hello,
In issue #49 You told us to use the correct plugin, we have since switched to the correct plugin but the videos still do not appear.
Any further advice?
thanks
