I think it'd b e cool to add a realtime native linux steam game counter to ProtonDB as it'd be a cool stat to know whenever i load the website

I'd very much like that too. There are things like Steamcharts, but I don't believe they discern what OS a user is running, nor am I certain Steam exposes the information they rely on. If it's out there I'd certainly add this to ProtonDB.
