Cohorts 321, 322, 323, 335, 336, 337 which have also PSA measurement should have also unit "microgram per liter". In our database PSA measurements have this unit (it is equivalent to nanogram per milliliter).
I think the Gleason Grade cohorts have one mistake in them. The inclusion events says that all the criteria have to filled. Actually there should be at least one or any of these 4 criteria has to be filled. This affects cohorts 325, 326, 327.
The high risk (328), low risk (329) and intermediate risk (330) cohort definitions include also some issues. The cohorts are taken from fist study-a-thon and the mappings have changed and these are not updated. The Gleason grade concept set contains only non-standard concepts (the concepts have changed). Also the TNM code concept sets contain old codes (non-standard) and are not using Cancer Modifier vocabulary.
For cohorts 335, 336, 337 there is a condition occurrence condition where no concept set is selected (Any Condition). I think there should be prostate cancer concept set.
