Disabling Advanced Inscriber via config/AE2Stuff/tuning.cfg turned Acceleration Card's name to "Unnamed", removed it from NEI and removed any mentions of affected machines from its tooltip.
The card is still craftable, though, but using it in machines make them repeatedly pause processing.
