What should the app/program use?

Front end
Back end

How should people interact with it?

Web (Easier)

Were there any technologies that you had in mind?

The main front end option (regarding you and I, and I mean you) would be C# right? Not that we would want to necessarily do the back end in Powershell though.

Web App seems like a good starting point. I think there is probably less overall comfort with Mobile developing.

Front End - I'm thinking html/css, seems easier and straight forward.

Back End - Tie in some javascript for actions and lookups and we should be golden
