Send Email to Issue Badge #19

Using Send Grid and email template. Assigning to Sunny for the messages first. Can be assigned back to @kayaelle once messages are complete (can be added as comments here).

  1. Message to new Earner - account is created at first badge issuance. If earner hasn't completed account sign up, contiinue to use this message. Message will contain a unique link (using claim code).
  2. Existing Earner - already completed sign up.
