Icons and logo rendering issues on Safari #68

What's strange is that it looks fine for me on Safari, but looks like Meg's on Chrome.

@threeqube Nope, this is on desktop.

The logos are messed up on mobile too per the other ticket.

This has to do with bootstrap and the window size. @megcolek if you're able to on your computer, make the window wider to see what I mean. If you can't, don't worry, that's the responsiveness adjustments that I need to make. Will update here.

CSS merged to develop branch should fix this. Please let me know if you see otherwise. Thanks
