@AnthonyMl still one little nit here. Check for the workflow manager

two problems still need to be addressed:

currently this needs the user to start a remote reasoner to restart it (shouldn't be necessary)
throwing an exception when the user is not a workflow manager doesn't communicate it properly (just shows up on the terminal)

Not sure but I think this change to disable the restart button unless stop is enabled should mitigate it this somewhat.

Currently still seeing exceptions also, but I'm going to go ahead and merge this to master as we need the newer commits there to make this work and test it, and I'd like to get another beta build out to QA for testing soon
