You can run the golang ipfs on iOS and mobile. It's then accessible to swift and java. Then it's just a matter of writing webviews like you have in swift.

I think it's better to use the golang one because it's pretty much the master.

I will try to make a demo if you like as I am playing with ideas like this myself.

Thanks for your feedback! Was not aware of a possibility of running ipfs on a mobile device. Awesome idea! Let me know once you have something running in your demo app.
