Screen doesn't display correctly on lower resolution screens. #1

I am finding issues with running the bingo application on a screen resolution of 1366X768.

I have updated the application to run on lower resolution screens. The lowest resolution I could get to work is 1366X768. I may try to get this to work on 1024x768 in future versions.
