Feature Request : Browser reload delay #522

In some cases front end resources get processed by the local serverside portion of the application, which takes a few milliseconds. The problem is autorefresh is instant fromt the moment codekit finishes compilation. In these cases chrome autofreshs slightly too soon. It would be nice to set a delay, so users don't have to then do a second manual refresh to ensure the browser has the most recent code.
