While using CodeKit, and having set CodeKit to use my system gems, I'm able to use Compass extensions and features that only utilize Sass, but not able to use features of Compass extensions that make use of SassScript (Ruby) such as Modular Scale or Singularity asymmetric grids. When compiling from the Command Line, these Compass extensions work fine, but when compiling from CodeKit, it chokes when it gets to the SassScript.
This is a big issue when trying to use many advanced Compass extensions and leads me to believe that it's not actually compiling from the actual Compass gem. The version of CodeKit I'm using is 1.6.2 (8300).
