Hi Tony,
The problem is that you're still on 10.7 and the newest version of PNGCrush fails on that OS. Open CodeKit in the Finder, right-click and choose "show package contents". Find a file named "pngcrush" and replace it with the unzipped, older version of the attached. That should solve the issue.
