"Ignore Issues" not recalled when re-adding project #407

When you remove a project and then add it back in, it doesn’t remember the “ignore issues” (heart checkmark icon) settings for included js files. This is true of project files and framework files.

I just tested this with 2.1.7 and it's still a problem. It makes it a real pain when you need to re-add a project that you removed because CodeKit was getting overloaded with too many files to watch.
