• [ ] Github action runs before any merge to main to verify the resources deploy from bicep with each change to the "infra" directory.
• [ ] For GitHub action, add Secret with name = AZURE_CREDENTIALS (array from CLI)
• [ ] For GitHub action, add Secret with name = AZURE_SUBSCRIPTION (subscription id)
• [ ] For GitHub action, add Secret with name = AZURE_RG (resource group name)

@bdleavitt - merp, need your help as admin. Let's meet on Monday to add Secrets (mentioned above in tasks) that can be pulled by GitHub Actions for Azure credentials, subscription & RG information. We can use my external demo sub.
