Description
As an admin, I want logging of prompt/responses in the interface so that I can detect patterns, find abuse, and be able to make decisions for quota, etc..
Expected/desired behavior
[ ] Admin should be able to access the logs of prompts / responses in Log Analytics
[ ] There should be no PII in the prompts/response logs (requires passing through PII Cog Svcs)
[ ] Admin should be able to set retention policies
[ ] Customer should be able to create a Log Analytics query and export to PowerBI for dashboarding like this
