data_utils is a missing dependency #3

https://github.com/bdol/bdol-ml/blob/master/neural_networks/matrix_mlp/mnist_mlp.py mentions data_utils create_minibatch. This function doesn't exist.

The zip file provided in his blog contains the data_utils file http://briandolhansky.com/s/matrix_nn.zip
