cppcheckclipse_0.9.8.zip is ignored in dropins folder

Hello,

I replaced in my dropins folder my version 0.9.7 by the latest download 
(cppcheckclipse_0.9.8.zip). When I restart Eclipse, cppcheclipse is no longer 
available.

I don't know if this is related to the P2 problem, but there is no version 
0.9.9 available on the download pages.

Please try out version 0.9.9 which I just added to the downloads. I assume the 
error in 0.9.8 is related to issue 52
