Headings getting deleted #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a post with some headings
2. save it
3. reload/open it

What is the expected output? 
Headings shouldn't be removed.

What do you see instead?
All headings are removed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest Windows OS version
