Make math formatting consistent #2

  1. Place large parentheses around multi-word variables that are described by the line below, as in the first lab. I think such variables should also be separated by parenthesis () or a multiplication sign X for clarity.

  2. Remove all multiplication signs, X, where possible. Replace with parenthesis () if necessary.

  3. "then", "where", "and" should not be mixed with the equation. These words should be on separate line and removed if unnecessary.

  4. Equations should be aligned on their equal signs = if they are equivalent expressions.

After the last few pass-throughs this is mostly complete, small inconsistencies are the main issue now. Closing this general Issue. Will create specific Issues for further math improvements.
