Handle `items` not being present in the response #6

I still could not get my XL950 working with these latest commits (it was working with the old HACS-Nexia). Apparently on the Nexia website I had set up 'groups', which added a nested layer to the JSON data coming from the Nexia website (mobile). Once I deleted the Group, the layer disappeared and this integration started working. If you think it would help others to avoid this issue by documenting this on the Nexia help page (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/nexia/), I am happy to help.
