Message Folders Not Refreshing #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Approve all messages in the inbox
2. Toggle between approved and inbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You should see an empty inbox, but instead you still see the messages in the 
approved folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Tested in both firebox and chrome.

It seems like this is dependent on exactly where you click. It's possible to 
click on a location that marks the forum as active, but doesn't actually change 
the forum.
