Send me one and I will figure out what is wrong.
Hello, I've just uploaded the CYD branch onto a CYD screen, it uploaded fine, but the screen is very dim, I can only just make out that there is items displaying. Any ideas?
I haven't tried this but it looks like it might be relevant https://github.com/hexeguitar/ESP32_TFT_PIO?tab=readme-ov-file#4-free-up-the-gpio21
I'm having the same problem. I think the capacitive display driver of this screen is different from the main topic, and I leave the relevant links. If you are interested or can tell me how to do it, I can try to do it. @MitchBradley
Hardware: Guition ESP32 4M FLASH 2.8-inch 240*320
Screen driver and touch screen: ST7789V3+CTC2.8TN(PH028NA-01A)

If you can't do it without me telling you how, it would be easier for me to just do it myself. I said I would do that if someone would send me one, and nobody took me up on it, so I can only conclude that my time is not worth $10.
@MitchBradley I missed this message of yours. This is what being an open source developer should be like. While you want everyone to do their part, those who use what you compile always want more. Of course I can send you one.

DM me on Discord and I will give you the address.
