Failing tests (at transfer time) #4

Following tests will be suppressed in the CI for now. This is all the tests that fail in all OS version and G4.10.7, 4.11.0, 4.11.1, 4.11.2. They are commented in CMakeLists.txt with the text # (REMOVED)
