Nhưng mà ngày ghi mã số gần nhất là ngày trước đó.
Ngoài ra, còn một số ngày ghi hợp đồng trước ngày bắt đầu hợp đồng nè cậu.
Vậy cái này mình tính thế nào?

When the user resolves old contract (acknowledges that tenant has fully paid until the last day of the previous month), that acknowledgement shall include payment of utilities as well (to the last meter reading before the last day of the previous month).
Example: Today is Mar 18, 2021. Resolve old contract: acknowledge that the tenant has fully paid until Feb 28, 2021 (or another date specified by user). Payment from tenant should cover electricity and water bills until Feb 28, 2021. If there's no reading on 28th, and the last reading 28th of Feb was on 26th of Feb, then tenant has paid for utilities until 26th of Feb.
