builder not working ..... panel working fine but builder failed to initialize

I decompiled the source code, their was a bunch of extra stuff packed with some obfuscator called confuserv1.2 or something, i dont rerember the original binary having that (the one i had years ago atleast), you are correct the panel does work, i can artificially insert bots using the URL below in my browser. It looks like the H.client() function in the C# code of the stub is not initilializng correctly after doing the main IP check from a public amazon GEO-IP service.
