Arduino Environment Error when compiling #2

Hi, When I go to compile the script I get this error and there is no solutions on the internet..

error "Please select first the target STM32F10x device used in your application (in stm32f10x.h file)"

Is there a solution for this? Thanks for your time, Jack

Did you install the STM32 harware support from Roger Clark?
