Timeouts #19

After adjusting those timeouts, now I am seeing this... Maybe we can leave the read timeout? 

2021/09/17 22:50:37 http: Accept error: accept tcp4 0.0.0.0:3128: accept: too many open files; retrying in 5ms

Where I observed the 10 second issue was while downloading a large file within a Docker container. 10 seconds was the write timeout value.
