[x] The requested variant does not conflict with any characters in Unicode that Iosevka currently supports.

I've decided that this may be fine to reopen on the basis that it might be relatively easy to add (ka in particular being able to be made homoglyphic with Ƙ, although Ӄ etc. needs to be handled separately.) and also I keep seeing it come up in examples of comparisons between cyrillic vs. latin online: ref
