Semibold and Semibolditalic may cause application crash #183

After I installed sarasa-semibold.ttc or sarasa-semibolditalic.ttc, some games may crash with execption 0xc0000417 on startup.

I also tried other weight individually, they works fine.

My environments:

OS: Windows 10 2004 Sarasa-Gothic: v0.13.0

I have tested Source Han Sans 2.001R, which do not have semibold weight. It shows no problems
