As I confirmed with Sarasa Mono J, turning on dlig feature unexpectedly activates kana ligatures that are presumably shipped with Source Han Sans.

Those compact ligatures exist for Japanese newspaper typesetting, and not what you want in your source code (most critically, they are indistinguishable with precombined compatibility characters). I think we need to remove or shunt the table aside somehow.
