character 勇 size 12px looks broken for Sarasa Gothic 0.37.1 on browser #300

issue is observed on Firefox 103 with regular Sarasa Gothic TC, J...etc. didn't try Fixed or Mono. I'm not able to replicate this on text editor though

don't remember seeing this on browser when I was using Sarasa Gothic 0.36.8

problem I'm seeing is that both Traditional Chinese and Japanese only has one vertical line in the middle. horizontal strokes are all missing. almost look like they are displaying SC. if I copy the broken character and paste onto text editor or text field of different font, both Traditional Chinese and Japanese size 12px 勇 displayed correctly with all strokes intact

Is this an issue with the original Noto or Source fonts? Some characters do have strokes that are clumped together at small sizes just because they are too dense

BTW Japanese form is very different from TC and SC (田 instead of 用 on top)
