Ability to configure the caching in the plug-in #243

A method to be able to set the size, location, etc of the image cache.
Ideally this would be much the same as the current funtionality in the 
full Google Earth application or the iPhone version of the same.

Seriousy, this request was created in 2009? There is no ability in the current 
version to address caching issues, and this the api is buggy and crashes 
constantly as the clients c: temp folder fills up with ge**** versions of kml. 
Does anyone have a non manual solution?
