Progress bar for the loading of KML tours

What should this feature enhancement do?

When a KML tour is loading in the browser it could show a progress bar of 
the loading progress of all the data in the tour.

Now, viewing some tours on an average internet bandwidth, the tour plays 
but is very jerky, so it is still loading in the browser, but it spoils 
the tour experience.

Are there any known workarounds that produce the similar results?

What I currently do when this happens is I let the tour play for the first 
time (it is jerky and is not smooth), which in turn loads it into browser. 
I minimise the browser and replay the tour after it has played for the 
first time. The second time it plays, it is smooth and looks great because 
it is already in memory..?
