Keyboard controls not working in IE8 with Vista or Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start IE8 under Vista / W7
2. Browse to http://code.google.com/intl/nl-NL/apis/earth/ and install 
plugin
3. Press arrow keys

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

We expect the globe to turn according to the arrow keys; instead they do 
not.

Which plugin version are you using?

Plugin provided for download at http://code.google.com/intl/nl-
NL/apis/earth/

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?

IE8, Vista, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.

We are currently in development of a plugin as well and encountered the 
same issue. Running IE8 as administrator or unparenting the window solves 
this issue; it seems SetFocus related. For more details, email me.
