What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached file.
2. Zoom in and get a good view on the Aircraft-Icons.
3. Don't move the mouse.

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

Aircraft-Icons should move fluent in a line from west to east.

Aircraft-Icons only move fluent if the mouse gets moved over the Google
Earth Window.

Which plugin version are you using?
5.0.11738.1858

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
Firefox 3.0.11 + IE 8.0 on Windows XP

Thanks for the issue report. I'm not able to replicate the problem in the
latest version of the plugin. The airplanes, while not moving completely
smoothly, seem unaffected by the state of mouse movement. It's likely that the
problem has been fixed since this issue was filed, but if you are still
experiencing the issue, please comment here and I can reopen to investigate.
