### ADDING DARK AND NIGHT MODE TOGGLE, ENHANCING CARDS HOVER EFFECT, CUSTOMISE SCROLLBAR, RETURN TO TOP BUTTON BUTTON FUNCTIONALITY:

I'm working on enhancing the user experience of your web project by implementing several key features. First, you'll add a dark and night mode toggle, allowing users to switch between light and dark themes for better accessibility and comfort during different times of the day. Additionally, you'll enhance the hover effects on cards, making them more interactive and visually appealing. Customizing the scrollbar will add a personalized touch to the interface, matching the overall design aesthetics. Finally, you'll introduce a "Return to Top" button, improving navigation by allowing users to quickly scroll back to the top of the page with ease. These updates will significantly improve both the visual appeal and functionality of the website.
