[BUG] Navbar is distorted and need redisgning and making it responsive mobile friendly.

Description

navbar is not proper and it looks very bad and not up to the standards logo icon is distorted .

EVEN THERE IS ISSUE WITH THE FOOTER.

@beRajeevKumar I HAVE IMPROVED SUCH BUGS IN PAST . PLZ ASSIGN THIS ISSUE TO ME UNDER GSOC EXTEN ,HACKTOBER -OPENED LABEL WITH LEVEL 2 .
