[Feat] Dark and Light Mode Toggle Button

I would like to request a new feature that introduces a Dark and Light Mode toggle button for the application. The implementation of this feature would greatly improve the user experience by offering a theme switcher that adjusts the interface to be easier on the eyes, especially for users who prefer a dark mode or work in low-light environments.

Key Features:

1. Toggle Button: A visible switch, preferably in the header or settings area, allowing users to toggle between Dark and Light modes.
2. Dark Mode: A theme with darker background colors and lighter text for better readability in low-light conditions.
3. Light Mode: A theme with the traditional lighter background and darker text for standard viewing.
4. Persistence: The user’s choice (Dark or Light mode) should persist across sessions, either through local storage or user preferences in the database.
5. Responsive: The mode switch should work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.

Why this is beneficial:

• User Comfort: Many users prefer dark mode for its reduced strain on the eyes, especially during nighttime or extended sessions.
• Customization: It allows users to personalize their experience based on their preferences.
• Trending: Dark mode is a popular feature across modern web applications and could enhance the overall appeal of the application.
