This PR is a refactor and should not affect in any way the result of template generation.
This is a part of the preparation for the landing-per-artist feature. We now have a Templater class that deals with generic templates so it should be easier to add artist templates.
Let me know if you find any issues generating templates with this code (I've tested and it looks ok; no diff!).
