由于个人精力有限和GAE平台的限制，打算将干啥网尽可能的��
�简，以便做成一个切合
个人实用的系统，也方便继续完善。精简内容：
1. 去除svn相关模块，如好友，相关事件等
2. 去除访问权限控制
重构的干啥网就是一个基于事件的个人blog系统。
