fix TagBot tokens #11

This is why TagBot is failing to create a new tag for the initial release.

I’m not sure we have a documenter key setup here. I think maybe https://github.com/beacon-biosignals/SlackThreads.jl/pull/8#discussion_r787300900 wasn’t the right change and we wanted that token (which is configured for this repo). But I don’t actually understand anymore what tokens are for which thing.

Seems like #16 did the trick
