`Pkg.instantiate()` after sysimage build #33

Yep, my change doesn't do a thing. Fixing..

Ok, I think this should work, since sysimage.jl is using (version 1 of) PackageCompiler with replace_default=true, so the new invocation of julia should be using the sysimage.
