I'd like to avoid too many customizations for things like the PocketBeagle Grove Kit. If we enabled cape overlays for PocketBeagle, the device tree overlay can be enabled without changing the image. Similar for TechLab and GamePup.
Challenge is capes may use I2C1 or I2C2. All capes should be at 0x57 as there is no support for cape stacks.
