Fix package issues #85

This refs issue #84.

Still i did not figure out how to make PR against an existing issue. (annoying, i know)

Also lint suggest to drop the .sh extension to the configure_robotics_dt script. which could be addressed if someone is interested

sorry I didn't get to this for so long. All excellent suggestions, debian packaging is new to me so I really appreciate it!! merged in cca7d9ef7e3d2c485f23efab4e483f4165496a68
